Elon Musk introduced a new Twitter API policy that requires paying some arbitrary meme-number amount of dollars (like $42k or $69k or whatever) to communicate with Twitter through the API.
In short, this erradicated all indie development on their platform. Only the huge Twitter-based apps remain.
